The Wedding Chuppah

Betrothed Under a Sacred Cloth, that can be used later as a tallit or bris blanket.

The chuppah is a bridal canopy. In the Jewish wedding, the bride and groom stand together under the chuppah in the presence of at least ten witnesses and become betrothed to each other.

All chuppahs are custom made.

They can match the bridal dress, capture a theme, be romantically lacy, or mirror a tallit. Call to discuss.

Please see the samples our gallery for ideas for your chuppah.

The chuppah can be made as a single cloth or as two (or more) tallit that can later be separated into individual shawls. The chuppah can be accompanied by a coordinating tallit for the groom (or bride!), challah covers (great mementos for bridesmaids or parents), or kippot. We usually make our chuppahs about 55" x 70", but we are happy to make them to your size specifications.

Cost (symbols, names, etc. are extra)
